What forms of payment are accepted?
For United States customers that are shipping to United States destinations, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Personal checks and money orders are also accepted, however, in this case orders must be placed by phone and orders will be fulfilled once payment is received.

Delivery / How quickly will I receive my order?
Most items are shipped within 24 or 48 hours. Custom set rings, earrings and pendants typically ship between 5-10 business days.
Once the item is ready for shipment, Standard shipping is USPS priority mail which typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
Expedited UPS 2-day and overnight service is available on select items.
International shipping: International shipping to Canada, Australia and the UK can be processed on-line. You will find the shipping options during the checkout process. Please leave Alabama for your state and input country information where it asks for zip code. To ensure there is no delay in processing your order, it is helpful if you send a follow up e-mail confirming your mailing address to customerservice @ sparklemom .com. All other countries must be processed by phone and rates will be quoted at the time of order.
Depending the country's laws, please note that certain applicable duties and taxes may be assessed at the time of delivery.
What is the Return Policy?
Our goal at SPARKLEMOM is to delight each and every one of our customers. With the exception of our custom set birthstone pieces, custom sized rings as well as our stamped and engraved items, our products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Due to their personalized nature, our custom set birthstone pieces, custom sized rings and stamped and engraved items are non-refundable / non-exchangeable. These include any items in which the gemstones are custom set within the piece as specified per the order, including our mother’s pendants, traditional and customizable right-hand rings and gemstone earrings. If an item is worn, scratched, or otherwise damaged we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
